Aksha Foundation
Aksha Foundation, established in 2022 by Mrs. Alka Jindal, is a Delhibased NGO working for skill development, livelihood, and women empowerment. In collaboration with Government of India and various Ministries, we train artisans, connect them to schemes, and provide exhibition platforms to help them become self-reliant.

1. Saksham for Skills & Livelihood - 18+ Years, Male & Female
We conduct Skill Training and Awareness Programs to enable the youth and adults
job-ready. We also facilitate all community members in the process of registration in
schemes started by the Government across various departments to ensure long-term
sustainability and employment opportunities.
2. Saksham for STEM Careers - Students
For the students who aspire to build careers in STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics, we provide guidance, mentoring, and exposure in various programs under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Goal: To create the next generation of scientists and innovators from the grass root level.

Flagship Programs
Girls Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Block, Sultanpur
With the support of DC office, Kanjhawala, for 1000 women from underprivileged area, a flagship program was organized in Government Girls Senior Secondary School ,BC Block, Sultanpur, Delhi for awareness regarding various schemes of KVIC , MSME, NULM, DSIIDC etc.
Suvidha Apke Dwar, Camp in Ekta Village, Pitampura
With the support of DC Office, North West District, Kanjhawala, Delhi a Flagship Programme under the banner Suvidha Apke Dwar was organised at Ekta Village camp, Pitampura, Delhi wherein more than 1200 under - privileged people were extended benefits from 18 different Government Departments which include ADHAR, NULM, Health, SAKHI ONE STOP CENTRE etc.
Self Defense Program in ITI Narela
A flagship program for self defense for 120 girl students and for awareness of various schemes for livelihood being launched by the Government was organised at ITI Narela, Delhi.
Senior Citizens Got Benefit for Ayushman Card Registration
For the benefit of the weaker section of the community and Senior Citizens, a flagship program titled Suvidha Apke Dwar for Ayushman Card Registration process was conducted at Maharaja Agrasen Bhawan, Tri Nagar.
Earth Day Program at KITI World School, Pitampura
On the occasion of National Earth Day, 2026 an awareness program was conducted at KITI World School, Pitampura wherein awareness about Recycling of Waste Material, Saving Rainwater, Eco-Sustainability and Grow More Plants was given to students and parents.
