SAKSHAM means “Capable”. Under SAKSHAST BHARAT, we aim to build a capable, self-reliant, and sustainable India by empowering every section of society with skills, awareness, and opportunities.
OUR PROGRAMS
Saksham for Skills & Livelihood - 18+ Years, Male & Female
We conduct Skill Training and Awareness Programs to enable the youth and adults job-ready. We also facilitate all community members in the process of registration in schemes started by the Government across various departments to ensure long-term sustainability and employment opportunities.
Saksham for STEM Careers - Students
For the students who aspire to build careers in STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics, we provide guidance, mentoring, and exposure in various programs under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Goal: To create the next generation of scientists and innovators from the grass root level.
Saksham for Nasha Mukti - Community
For communities affected by drugs and alcohol dependence, we run Anti-Drugs Awareness Programs under the guidance of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Goal: To help individuals to overcome addiction and to rebuild their lives with dignity, health, and aim to earn.
Saksham Sakhiyaan - Women Empowerment
Under National Urban / Rural Livelihood Mission, we form Self Help Groups - SHGs of women.
We provide training, based on their respective interests : *Handicraft Making, Processed Food Making, Pottery, Agarbatti Making, and other micro-enterprise skills*under various Schemes i.e., PMFME,PMEGP etc.
We connect their products with bigger markets like Saras Mela, Trade Fairs, Food Fairs, and International Platforms. We call them “SAKHIYAAN” – because together, women grow stronger.
Saksham Baal Vatika - Children
For children, we run creative learning programs on Waste to Wealth theme. They are trained to recycle waste material into beautiful Garden Hangings, Planters, and other Decor Items. This program is named “BAAL VATIKA” – nurturing young minds to care for the Earth.
Saksham for Senior Citizens
We organize Health & Medical Camps for senior citizens to monitor their health and well-being. Goal: To ensure our elders live with respect, care, and good health.
